Privacy Policy

Washington Paragon Co., Ltd. ("we", "launchspace") provides shop-management software through launchspace.sbs and the related applications (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). It is effective from 1 October 2026.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), the shop name and subdomain you choose, language and settings

• Usage data — sign-in records, IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and system error logs

• Payment data — when you add a card for a paid plan, our payment provider (Stripe) holds the card details; we keep only the card brand, its last four digits and expiry date, the payment status and receipts. For tax invoices and withholding tax we keep the tax details you enter (tax ID, registered name, address and branch). If you connect your own Stripe account to take payments from your customers, we keep that account's ID and status and the payment records needed to calculate our fee

• Data your shop records in the Service — products, customers, orders, bookings, prescriptions and accounting documents of your shop (see section 5)

• Contact data — messages you send us on LINE or by email

2. Why we use it

We use data to (a) provide the Service, run your account and keep the system secure, (b) invoice and process payments, (c) answer questions and provide support, (d) notify you of changes to the Service, the terms or security, and (e) analyse usage to improve the Service — only with your consent (see section 4)

3. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contract (providing the Service under the terms), legitimate interest (system security and abuse prevention), legal obligation (accounting and tax records) and consent (analytics cookies and marketing contact)

4. Cookies and analytics

This website sets only strictly necessary cookies without asking. We load analytics (Google Analytics 4) only after you click "Accept all" on the cookie bar — no analytics script is loaded before that. Your choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and can be withdrawn or changed at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, which brings the cookie bar back. Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals, measures aggregate visits only

5. Roles for your shop's data

For data your shop records in the Service (your customers, orders, bookings, prescriptions and so on) the shop is the data controller and launchspace is the data processor, acting only on the shop's instructions. The shop is responsible for informing its customers and obtaining their consent under the PDPA. We provide export and deletion tools so the shop can honour data-subject requests

7. Retention and security

We keep account data for the life of the account and no longer than 90 days after closure, unless accounting or tax law requires longer. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and staff access to shop data is logged

8. International transfers

Some sub-processors are located outside Thailand. We select only providers with adequate data-protection safeguards as required by the PDPA

9. Your rights (PDPA)

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at admin@waltzvision.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the last-updated date appears at the top and material changes are announced by email
